Default Good exercises to keep fit during pregnancy.?

Hello everyone!

I am 18 weeks pregnant and working on my 19th week. I am 5 foot nothing (well i might be able to push 5'1 with some good shoes) Pre-pregnacy I was close to 130 but fit. I have never had a belly until now lol. I had bad morning sickness the first three and a half months losing about 15 pounds. I haven't gained much weight back, only about 5 pounds which the dr said was good. Most of that weight went to my belly but I fit better into some of my pants then i did before i got pregnant! Whoot!

I am usually pretty active, i train horses and dogs on the side apart from my work and I am also a volanteer firefighter among other. I had a miscarriage in May which started on my birthday at eight weeks(Ironically that is my due date too!) so I am being a lot more cautious.

I hate being a couch potato and while i still go out play with the horses a bit from the ground, i can no longer do much with the firedepartment unless it is a medical call and even then the other members are pretty protective.

I am a bit worried as my sister in law who was about the same hight and weight as me ended up gaining over 50 pounds when she had her baby in June. At the same time she stopped working at 3 months and didn't eat as well as she should have or exercised.

Can anyone give me some good exercises that i can do while pregnant to keep myself at least feeling a bit more active? I have improved my diet since becomming pregnant and luckly my biggest craving is for watermelon! mmmmm yummy. ^.^

Thanks guys!

Swim. water aerobics are great while pregnant. You get exercise and take all the pressure off your tired body. If you don't have a pool at your disposal join the YMCA, plus they will have classes specifically for pregos that you can go to. Very fun and you can share experiences with the other moms to be. Congrats!

Smile Buy Insurance

Health and life insurance rates are very low right now in this competitive Buy Insurance (Buy Insurance)industry. However, some health and life insurance companies offer low initial rates to gain insurance customers and then gradually increase these teaser Insurance Guide(Insurance Guide) rates over time. The best way to ensure you are getting the best price for your insurance needs is to review your policy rates Auto Insurance Quotes regularly and compare them against what other competing insurance companies are offering. You can do this by requesting insurance quotes from multiple insurance companies.
