Default Ectopic pregnancy question

I have been pregnant 5 times including this one. The first pregnancy I had my handsome son, the 2nd pregnancy was an ectopic that my OLD dr let go too far and it ruptured, requiring me to have an emergency surgery and loss of my left tube, the 3rd pregnancy was an ectopic that was treated with 2 doses of Methotrexate, the 4th pregnancy was a miscarriage in Dec 2007. I am currently aprox 5 weeks, my hcg levels were 97 aug.2, 283, aug 4th and 3,301 yesterday. I was just wondering if you had an ectopic how far into your pregnancy did you start to spot or bleed, I cant remember how far along I was with my 2 previous ones. Im so afraid this is another ectopic, even though I have alot of pregnancy symptoms such as swollen, sore breasts, heart burn, tiredness, frequent urination and no pain and no bleeding (yet). I go to the dr Thursady for an ultrasound would he be able to see anything, hes doing a vaginal ultrasound

Sounds like things are going ok. Your levels seem good. But with your history I would just wait until the ultrasound on Thursday. They will definitely be able to see if the pregnancy is in the right place. I wish you a lot of good luck. I hope everything is perfect.

First off, you can have spotting and it not be ectopic, I know because I had spotting on both of my pregnancies. Second, I hope you sued the first doc for everything he had. Third, just relax, and stay calm. I know given your past experience, it's hard to be optimistic, but you should at least try. Good luck, and I hope this one works out for you!
